Aircrack-ng is a security program that allows you to audit and retrieve Wi-Fi passwords on your network. This application supports all types of wireless connections and is compatible with systems analysis with encryption WEP and WPA-PSK.
To function, Aircrack-ng captures packets that are sent through the Wi-Fi network. After its analysis, it decrypts the information sent, along with the security key. When you get a positive result, it offers it.
It is important to note that this application does not work with just any adapter and must have a compatible one to work properly.
