Microsoft Office 2010 Professional is the latest version of the Microsoft office tools package. In this instalment, some changes included in past editions are consolidated and numerous improvements are introduced for the functionality of each of its programs.
In addition to including the now classic word processing (Word), spreadsheet (Excel), slideshow presentation (PowerPoint) and Calendar applications (Outlook), some other professional tools have been added, such as InfoPath and SharePoint Workspace.
Microsoft Office 2010 Professional also includes OneNote, a utility that allows you to edit and share notes and ideas in a centralized way.
Furthermore, in Microsoft Office 2010 Professional the options are optimized for online document access, offering the ability to upload files to the Web for further editing from any computer.
Finally, over and above a few minor changes, the visuals and tools interface remain largely unchanged from the previous version of the suite, so if you are already familiar with this software you will be able to start working with this new version without any problems.
