Spore Demo

Spore is a simulation game that is different from anything you've seen before.  In this title you’ll be an active participant in the evolution of a civilization starting from its most simple state:  the single-celled organism.

Spore will take you to witness the different phases making up the evolution of one particular species.  You’ll take its members from their cellular state up to the conquest of space.  Along the way, you’ll develop different skills and technologies that will allow you to better adapt to the environment around you.

This game is centered around its editor.  You can use this to select the parts that make up the beings of your race, from arms, legs and eyes, to wings and colors.  Additionally, with this element you’ll be able to design the houses of your creatures as well as its land, water and space vehicles. While the main attraction of the game is to monitor and control the evolution of your creations, Spore includes an ultimate goal: to defeat some cyborgs  who inhabit the center of the Universe.

While the game does not represent much of a challenge and some phases are no more than a curiosity,  Spore is a unique entertainment that will offer you a different perspective on evolution.
