Crysis is an exciting first-person shooter. Its technical excellence and story have made this title a favorite for fans of the genre.
The plot of Crysis is one of its strengths: in the near future, a group of people find some strange ruins on an island near the Philippines. These remains are revealed to be the remnants of an ancient alien civilization. This triggers a series of unexplained events involving forces from outer space.
As an officer of Delta Force (Nomad), you must go to the island and prevent these phenomena from spreading and triggering a full-scale invasion of the Earth.
Another noticeable feature of Crysis is the graphics. The textures of the scenarios and atmospheric visual effects are amazing. Also, the character models and weapons produce a realistic effect that few titles can imitate.
In addition to the single-player mode, Crysis offers the possibility to compete with other people online in its multiplayer modes.
