Downloaded on Vista Ultimate/IE7 but Installation questionable.
When access program up comes a bewilering number of files, few of which recognizable.
When clicked Set Up what resulted was an Uninstall box!

Also, although zip, no box appeared to unzip as is customary.

Subheadings under program name: Allow lock/Always On Top/Extensions.
No idea of meaning or use, nor where to find explanations.

Will appreciate some help!
